A couple of months ago there were some lightly used LS7 clutch kits about. Anyone know of any more floating around, or where should I be looking?

Neil's most likely going to have the box open in the next couple of days so if I can get a reasonably priced ls7 clutch kit I'll throw one in regardless of how the old ones looking, seeing as its opened up anyway.

Spoke to the fish when enquiring about other clutch bits and pieces and they dont have any SH ones now.

If there aren't any about I'll probably put new in, seeing as it gets such good reviews

Dont forget to replace the slave cylinder and sprigot bearing at the same time wink
Yep. Got the slave cylinder, clutch and flywheel, spigot bearing, rear main oil seal and remote bleed valve to change! Better be bloody good after all that lot.

I will be interested in one of these soon, if anybody knows of a good manual gearbox for auto to manual conversion, sorry to highjack thread.
I'd imagine it will be a very costly and involved process. Although I much prefer manual to auto so can see why you'd do it.

The link above to parts world performance has a few full gearboxes that would suit. I'm sure many more knowledgeable than me can point you in the right direction though.

Ripshifter???
No... Should I have?

The gear change in mine had always been pretty good until last week. Never considered one. I take it a ripshifter makes quite a bit of difference?

If the gearchange is quite good, you probably already have one. More than half the cars must have one by now.
I see. Will have to investigate, I thought my car was bog standard. Cheers for the info.
