For a 2004 LS1 VXR.

My main pas pipe (the high pressure one) from the pump to the rack is leaking. Normal issue on these cars, except for the fact that I can't get a replacement and the car is my daily driver so once it goes completely I'm stuck!

Does anyone know where I can get one from? The fish are out of stock.

Thanks.

Black VXR said:
you should be able to take the old pipe to a hydraulic pipe supplier - they could re-use the ends and make a new flexible centre section (I assume its rusted through), or even just copy what you have

Might be fine until a new steel one is back in stock
Did try something similar when my air con pipe went last year but couldn't find anyone local who wanted/could do it.

Starting to doubt the wisdom of buying a 10 year old car that appears to be no longer supported by the OEM rolleyes

That's a possible option but with holiday etc it's going to be difficult to ge the pipe to them.

What is the best way to contact raving?

Neil's had the car for a week now and on closer inspection has found it to be the pump, so easier in that the part seems to be available, but now is more expensive frown

Should get the car back soon with REP, stainless brake hoses and undersealed too so will all be good soon!

Thanks for all the help above.
