Time is cracking on and if we are interested in getting something sorted, it needs to be done fairly pronto.

So, weekend dates in December are:
6th & 7th
13th & 14th
20th & 21st

Was just thinking The Woodman again at Idle Hill, Seven Oaks.

Nice pub, big carpark, good food, no complaints on past visits?

Let's start a list for best dates/numbers and get something booked.

Right folks, been on to the Woodman and have secured 25 places at the moment for Sunday 14th at 1pm, Chris the Chef is E-mailing me over the Festive Menu which I will hopefully add on here shortly.

Apologies to anyone that can not make the 14th, trying to sort a date when everyone is free is just not possible and the 14th seemed to be the better date that most can make.

I think at the moment we have around 19 interested, but after arranging it last year, I know that there will be a few last minute add on's so have plumped for 25 at the moment.

Hope this suits, and hope to post the menu up shortly.

Ok Folks, I've spoken to the Woodman again as it looked like I needed to increase the numbers going, I've now booked a space for 30, Also ARAF mentioned it might be an idea to see if they need the meals pre booked, deposit required etc.

It's a good job I did, as even after speaking to them 3 times to get a menu, they hadn't put me in as a booking !! (I didn't get the menu either !! )

Anyhow, they have now promissed me that our booking is in, but suggested it would be a good idea to pre book our meal selection as it looks like it's going to be busy, no deposit req'd tho.

So, a favour please, can someone do a quick spreadsheet with the Xmas Meal Menu as above with a list of people attending, and can everyone going choose what they want ASAP and I will then e-mail it off to the Woodman and keep I'll keep a copy to take with us on the day.

Actually, scratch the above, just put your names and selections on here and I'll do a seperate spreadsheet on the works PC

could end up as a very long post if we all list our menu choises I have taken the liberty of shorthanding it a little.
Simply take the letter associated with your menu choice and put it alongside your name on the list.

TO COPY ONTO THE LIST

Go to the most recent list regardless of whose post it is and select "quote"
Delete the ([quote]. Username )at the top of the page and the ([quote/ username) at the bottom.
Then add your letters.

Yep, you're on the list !!!

When you make your menu choices, to save copying the above as suggested by Xpuffin, just put the corresponding letters down that you want from the menu as I've put these on my table and is easy just to look across and note them down.
