Seemed sensible to have this in addition to the dyno results spreadsheet?

Not necessarily - different weather conditions, different track prep quality, etc, etc, will make some differences, although terminal trap speed rarely changes IMHO.
Except when Shakey is slightly downhill and Pod slightly uphill I added a tyres / pressure column, dno if people run radials or low pressures etc.

It would be, although not many of us have details of the car's weight.I had mine weighed at the fish and the fat bloater came in at 1,682kg with a full tank and no driver.
I've taken quite a lot of weight out of mine as well compared to standard (over 50kg), so the Vauxhall kerb weight of 1,677kg must be either a complete fabrication or perhaps a dry weight?
