DAB aerial in Monaro
Discussion
Has anyone put a DAB aerial in a Monaro? If so where did you put it, or did you use one of those FM splitters? I had a stick on one to fit today along with my new head unit however it broke and so I need to replace the aerial before it's even been installed, however I'd like to know what others have done before I get a replacement.
Having used the DAB radio in the borrowed Insignia we had a while ago, I'd like to get the DAB function on my Pioneer head unit. I've tried the internal glass mount one and the splitter which did not work, so need an external aerial, which I'm not keen on but are there any other solutions that other Monaro owners have used? Cheers.

hi have a Dab aerial in my monaro, i have tried 3 internal ones and i get a bad reception around town but on the open road its quite good. i have have it mounted on the left side of my front window. but i have to say there is something funny about the car as i put in a know good headunit and aerial from another car and the recpection is not as good in the monaro as the other car, so i think the car is player in the reception it picks up. i keep meaning to look for another aerial to try but i can be assed. i just dont want an exturnel one as i dont want ot spoil the lines of the car.
Cheers. Do you have a picture at all? Finally got round to ordering and doing an initial install before fixing to the windscreen, and so far the reception has been good on this aerial:

Will put the car all back together and try it on the move but I'm feeling confident.
