VXR8 Ignition Barrel

Started to get problems with the ignition barrel on my 'R8 not letting go of the key. Given it a squirt of WD40 but its getting worse. Anyone else suffered from it or any fixes apart from a new barrel?

Duh! Hadn't even thought to try the spare. I'll swap them over & also get some of that graphite stuff.
