Brakes ( AP on VXR8 )

So let's talk brakes. (AP's to be exact)

I had a really bad judder from the whole car while braking, WP diagnosed that all four discs needed replacing.

I had all 4x discs replaced by MF, and for a while all was fine, 1500 miles in and now just slightly there is a judder reappearing, so as you know a set of 4 discs isn't cheap, at well over a grand fitted and the last thing I want to do is replace them all again.

Tie rod ends have been checked and are fine, Ball joints have been checked and are fine, in fact the whole suspension has been checked and again came back as been fine.

Thought about changing pads to Ferodo DS3000 as I have a set, and see if this helps in any way, as I understand the car can suffer with pad deposit, but worried about squealing brakes. ( Currently have DS2500, but interesting to note, no markings on the pads to proof it. )

At my wits end with this stupid brake judder problem.


Ideas/Thoughts most welcome.





P.S Based in the deep dark North so popping down to WP again or Monk Fish again isn't the easiest thing in the world to do.
