Is it worth me de - cating ?

Hopefully getting some headers in next few weeks , already got a wortec cat back. Will it be worth me de-cating when the headers go on ?

Not too bothered about the noise , my old ro had full wortec inc headers and sports cats. I would imagine it will be about the same volume wise.
