air con belt

noticed my aircon wasnt working..so checked the aircon belt and its hanging off behind the main pulley thing.

will this cause a prob and should i remove it ?

also how easy is this to fix or will a stealer visit be needed ?

cut it off as there was a big chunk worn away

i havnt had any power steering issues....only steering noise i had was when the front spring was broked

but yesterday, when i went to jump start the s2000 ,the engine was making an odd roaring sound...i thought it was just the fans kicking in :/
