I just used standard hose - the GM clippy connectors are a nicety, but a hose-clip should work fine. I think I had to unwrap the harness a bit, and I might have shortened it (memory failure). I'm away from home/car, so sorry I can't give you hose size...5/8" rings a bell. I went round refreshing the PCV hoses at the same time.
