Tyres for the Monaro (not winter)

I don't move the car over the winter period so I'm not looking for winter tyres but I am looking for some good summer tyres for next year. Monkfish have very kindly suggested Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tyres for her and I was wondering what everyone else is using and how you'd rate the performance of your chosen tyre
