Hi all.

Does any of you kind people know what is the biggest width tyres the VXR can fit on the front and back?
I guess the width could depend on diameter also.

I don't want any scrubbing. The rear arches have been rolled so that'll help a little.
Spacers etc?

I can't just go and buy some 5x120 8.5J fronts and 10.0J rears and hope for the best then.

Does anyone know what range of offsets we can use?
I was thinking 19" as that is what the VXR currently has.
I'm happy with the front 245/255 or whatever size the are. It's the rears that I want to go fatter on?

I did read that going wider didn't make much difference in traction - but surely it must help a little bit?
Driving on a wet road - fine, it is what it is! It's the dry road use that I'm trying to improve.
