I did do a search, but couldn't find anything definitive.

I am thinking of buying this rad:

http://www.aaronradiator.co.uk/products/Radiator_T...

But I am not sure if the rad fixings changed for MK 1 and MK2 Tamoras.

I have a late 2002 MK1. has anyone fitted the linked rad to their Tamora?

I ask because what I don't want to do is think I have saved £100, only to find that an extra £100 worth of labour is required to get it to fit over the more expensive rads.

Cheers smile

Cheers Buzz. smile

I won't be fitting it, of course!

Am getting as many parts together as possible for when the engine's out having the 4.3 - already have the silicon hoses (black) and SS water pipes. (and new cats..)

I thought that, knowing my luck, I'd buy that £340 rad, only to find that Dom charges me a couple of hours labour because it's not the same as the £400+ rads. Hence the post.

Obviously question really Chris but what's wrong with your current rad? Has Dom asked you to change it?

No - haven't checked the current rad - I just assumed it would be better to completely overhaul the cooling system at the same time the engine is upgraded, so most of the main components in the engine bay are like new, to compliment the engine.

Cheers. I did in fact order the Aaron rad. (And black silicon hoses my wife bought me for my birthday!) Has anyone got a link for the better fans that fit?

I know that Power sell them for around £120 each, can they be had cheaper?

Cheers - I think I'll leave the fans, and just have the connectors changed to the waterproof type. I haven't had any issues with overheating before, and with a new rad, silicon and SS hoses and pipes, it should be OK - I hope...
