Tophat Sleeves for Service Bonnet

Anyone know where I can get replacement tophat sleeves for the service bonnet where the two pins go into the fiberglass of the main bonnet?

Now decided to use some nylon fuel pipe which I can sweat over the pins and should be perfect...
