Seat belt stalk

Mine's broken, and the tongue is jammed in.

On a positive note, I've discovered that I'm a mean limbo artist - at least with a jammed seatbelt in a Tamora

I'll need a new one, so two questions for the clever and experienced out there;

1. Does anyone know the make/model/part number for me to order one?
2. Has anybody experienced this before, and is there a quick temporary fix so I can drive the car to a workshop?

Appreciate you might not fancy used seatbelt components - in which case Ford is your friend. For my new seats, a MK1 C-Max was the answer - nice steel "wand" and no pyrotechnics etc.
