Discussion
I've become a bit neurotic about my steering and I wonder if someone could advise/reassure.
With the car running but stationary and the wheel unlocked, I can turn the wheel 10 degrees from centre to right without any movement of the front wheels. I think this persists while on the move but it's a little difficult as at 12 degrees (roughly) the car starts turning sharply.
I've replaced one track rod (and end). Part of my concern is that I'm booked in with Center of Gravity in a few weeks to get everything optimised and I'm wondering if they'll be able to do anything if there's a fundamental problem.
Is it a case of TADTS or do I have a genuine problem (and if so what?)
Thanks in advance for any help.
