Exhaust types & decibel output?

Hi all,
I was due to take my Tamora to Bruntingthorpe (aerodrome/proving ground) for some car handling and fun time but it is currently way too noisy (sport exhaust and decat!)
Could you please let me know the type of exhaust you have & its decibel output? I obviously need to invest in something more "reasonable"...
Alternatively if you have any suggestion for an alternative exhaust, I would really grateful!
