Hi all,

Having just had my geo settings done at TRack v Road and just after I left I noticed that the radio etc wasn't working so I thought hmmm fuse... Anyway returned back home and noticed the headlights weren't on,nether were the side lights despite usually having them on all the time. I checked full beam and all was well with the upper and lower beams so to speak... I thought right lets have a systems check & tried toget in the boot for my tester, nope that's not working either.

Everything else is working fine: fan, wipers, reverse, fog, rear lights and brake llights ,indicators ,horn and windows . I checked all the fuses and they were fine, not too sure on the relays for the dipped beams etc.I'm using the the fuse diagram on page 46 of my service booklet as I can't find the orange bible...Sod's law....

Can you chaps suggest any ideas? ... I'm not too up on auto electrical in any great depth.

Any help ,suggestions etc. Would be greatly appriciated, I want to go to the VW Dub fest at Harewood House in Leeds tomorrow and I don't fancy doing the number plate light jiggle when I need to put the roof bag on...you get the picture.smile

Ta very much,

Buzz.

Hi Andy,

I'll check the power point but I have checked all the fuses and they were ok...I just might change them anyway. My be they'll be on dodgy fuse but I can't imagine all of them will be tho'.

Cheers,
