V8V Towing Eye

Does anyone know where I might get a spare towing eye? It dosn't have to be new.

I doubt it's an Aston only item, but you never know.

The dealer say you can't buy just the eye, you have to order the whole kit.

It looks close but might be for a classic Vantage.

I was told that the V8V has a different towing eye than the DB9 and V12V for some reason. If that's true it's definitely one for the AM pub quiz

Just a quick follow up on this.

The V8V towing eyes are from Ford (no great surpise) or GM (Opel / Vaxhall).

Actually the one I got from the wreckers is actally longer and works better on the front, giving better clearance to the bodywork.
