Hi All

I’m looking at purchasing a Vantage Roadster 08/09. (Ideally a 4.7) very soon and having a warranty on the car is something of a MUST for my piece of mind.

Now obviously if I buy from an Aston dealership I get the approved warranty which will put me at ease with things like the gearbox, clutch, roof mechanical issues etc. However what options do I have if I buy from:

1. An independent
2. Private

I know most warranty that independents put on them last for 3 to 6 months and obviously don’t cover a lot of the same mechanicals as the Aston Approved.

Can I buy private and buy an Aston Approved Warranty (I’m guessing not)?
If I buy from Aston can the Approved Warranty be rolled year after year (obviously at a cost) or is there a time frame that warranty are only available up to?

Cheers
Dom

yes you are better of putting money away and buying an aftermarket warranty IME
On that note...

Any decent aftermarket warranty companies I should be looking into?
