Error message

I was away for a couple of weeks and went to start the V8V yesterday. Battery was flatter than a road-kill hedgehog and I ended up jump-starting it. Burst straight into life but came up with an error message of EMISSION SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED.

So, have I goosed something? Hopefully not... Is there a way to clear the message without a trip to the dealer?
