Extended warranty impact on Second hand value?

Hi all..
Unfortunately I have decided to sell my V8V as I would like to put the funds elsewhere. I only have a week left to decide on whether to extend the warranty for the next owner?
What is your view on whether I should renew (approx £1450) or just sell the vehicle without? Do you think the value / ease of sale will be impacted greatly either way?
I also have the paint and wheel Smart Cover that I have never used, although that will run out in a week too. I think that's about £800 ish to renew, I'm not considering renewing that one though.
