Polishing mops

Hi all, I'm thinking of buying a polishing mop as I have a few light scratches and abrasions to get rid of. Any help / suggestions about makes and use (rotary or orbital etc) much appreciated. Many thanks.

Blimey oh riley, I really wish I hadn't asked. This can be a very strange site sometimes !!!! I was rather naively expecting recommendations on specific machines and polishes not an egg throwing contest.

My prayers for the rest of you who seem to have a case of verbal (typing) dioria. This wasn't difficult and didn't need people slagging each other off. I have a few scratches that I inherited with the car and they are gradually going but like some of you, I like doing things myself and get a good deal of satisfaction with a good result.....SIMPLES
