Iphone 5S...charge it and adaptor??

Hi, have a 08 4.7 Vantage so only has the "old" iphone connector without charge facilitiy. Now whilst me car is at AMW i have emailed them today to see if its possible (and cost!) to change the connector to a 5S compatible one with charge facility. But is there anything else i can do that is cheaper aftermarket??
I know there was something on Amazon which worked with the older style connectors but i dont want to go down the connect 3 different leads method if i can help it.

Thanks for that. Iam considering the USB option as well and as i have few friends dont get many phonecalls in the car anyway!!!
