Question for Roadster owners?

I have just purchased a 2011 V8VS Roadster that should arrive in about a week. Having sold my very modified Porsche 996 turbo I'm ready to settle down into something a little more drivable. Having not owned a convertable since college I am curious to know how many here have or use a wind deflector? They do distract from the beautiful lines of the car a bit but does seem practical. The car does not come with one but living in California the weather is perfect for top down driving most of the year. So tell me.... worth having or not?

Interesting responses. It sounds like if I use the wind deflector I most certainly will lose my Man Card. However, as usual the Man Card will always be trumped by the Wife Card? I'll give it some time and see how this plays out.
