First Aston arriving today!
Discussion
Hi guys, some of you may have seen my various threads about buying a DB9, and thanks to advice from you guys I was able to find what looks to be a very good example of a 2005 DB9.
Providing the bank transfer clears today, I shall be having a lovely Ghillies green DB9 from Nicholas Mee delivered - and the weather even seems like it may hold out!
I'll get some pics up asap!

Thanks for all of the positive comments guys, most have been "but why did you get a green one?"
It is indeed a beautiful car in lovely condition. It drives perfectly, but there are a few differences that I need to get used to - the very sensitive throttle and the n/a power delivery.
I also plan to get the updated sideskirts as per another poster on a black DB9 (sorry I can't recall who posted the pic) and some sort of sports exhaust as the sound is beautiful but lacks a little volume.
Anyway, here are some pics:

Thanks guys
Got to take it for my first proper drive today from London to Leicester so got to stretch its legs and see how the drive is on open roads.
Must say I don't find it lacking in power as much as I first thought - it will just take some getting used to revving it high... it's been so long since I've had an N/A car that I feel like I'm going to break it every time I get high up in the revs!
It'll stay standard until after the summer anyway as I did kind of push my budget for this car and the Mrs would kill me for spending more so soon!
If anyone may fancy a wheel swap though I'd consider it - these are in perfect condition.
