V8 Vantage Values

I am finding it hard to put a value on my MY07 Vantage. I have had a look through the classifieds and there is real variation in prices.

I passed Stratstone Wilmslow yesterday and they had an almost identical car (MY07, meteorite, obsidian, 39k miles) up for £38k. What would be a reasonable discount to this for a private sale?

Clearly mine won't have the warranty and has the usual stone chips but is in what I consider to be excellent condition for its age.

What are you getting next?

It's been superb, thanks. I'd quite like it to go to another PHer, keep it in the family etc!

My next car will be a new kitchen, sadly. I'll hopefully be back in an AM next summer.

When I say stone chips I just mean lightly on the front. Perhaps stone chip isn't the right phrase. Every one of the (pre prep) cars I looked at when buying were the same.

How have you managed to stop this happening to your car?

I've also just been out for a quick drive in the sun, it'll be hard to part with it!
