Db9 back box removal

Tomorrow I am planning on having the exhaust back box on my db9 removed and replaced with straight pipes. I was wondering has anyone heard of this been done or Seen it for themselves as I would like to know what sort of difference it would make as I am worried it may be too loud, although it must sound awesome

Thanks evryone for your input. I've had to put it back untill Friday now due to work commitments. However I will keep you all posted when it's done on how it is. I've been quoted 250 quid all in so it's definitely worth testing out for the price.

Today I had the work carried out on the car and I must say to anyone who's thinking about it do not hesitate to do so its the best 300 quid ive spent in a long time! It's completely transformed the car it still has the v12 rattle but when you let off the accelerator if just rumbles away nicely. I will try get some videos up when I have chance and photos also.if you have Any question just ask and I will get back to you when I can

No it hasn't affected it in any way what so ever. If anything I'd have thought it would make it run better as the exhaust will have a free'er flow. But I haven't noticed any positive or negative affect on how it runs other than the sound enhancement
