Thanks. I realised it wasn't lightning as I have a picture of 059, but have it down as Meteorite. This may seem a strange question but how do you know it's Quantum?
I asked for some touch up paint last time it was in for a service and got Quantum silver. I did think they had made a mistake but I've used it and it's perfect. t0s said:
I was like you - kept waiting. Then I noticed a main dealer had a 2009 and a 2012 at the same time, with precious little difference in price. So I rationalized that since interest rates and the stock market weren't great, I'd put some money into V12V. Who knows, over the next years it could outperform the stock market....
How's that for man math?
I doth my hat to you sir. That is indeed splendid man maths How's that for man math?

Exactly!! Aston Martin have built around 75,000 cars in the last 102 years. Around 90% of them are still on the road. They are built from the best materials/components, and are built to last. Anybody that has been around the factory, and seen what goes into building an Aston Martin, knows how cheap they are compared to other brands, especially steel bodied competitors!
You make a good point. Especially to all the environmentalists saying were awful people for having big engine cars. At least they are not little disposable euro boxes which have a life span of about 10 years. They are then either scrapped or left rotting.
Once an Aston has been built its around for an awful long time
