As i've said already, I will hopefully be in the market for a V12S Manual at the end of the year (assuming you can still order one at that point), however at the moment I'm not in a position to pull the trigger on it.

The problem is though I've got an itch to scratch since getting shot of the SP10 and this one has caught my eye, possibly good for some summer fun.

I don't really want to go any newer than this at the as the moment (well I do but it doesn't make £ sense), as the newer it is the more I'll loose come V12S time. Couldn't see me getting too heavily kicked in the balls as I would hope this has already done a chunk of it's money.

All I would do would be add CF mirrors, piano black trim and an Alcanatara wheel. The mirrors I believe I could swap straight onto the V12 so that makes sense, and whilst I don't like the alloys much, again to change them would be burning V12 funds.

Anyway, does anybody know this car at all ?

This is another possible option:

I like the lightweights on this one (missus has just given the nod on that front) plus it has B&O, which I don't actually care about but quite like the idea of having it (if that makes sense).

Not sure which (coupe or convertible) would hold stronger value wise as i'm only wanting it short term (less than 12 months). I suspect there wouldn't be much in it. All comes back to the same thing in my mind, a Convertible is superb as it's a weekend toy but the coupe is much prettier.....in my opinion that is biggrin

@ Frankie - Yep, I was talking to him via email today and I'm sure there's a deal there if I wanted it !

@ Buster73 - It does tend to be rarer colour, but then I think Aston buyers are only just starting to get a bit more adventurous on that front, so I suspect in 3 or 4 years you'll see a lot more bright machines.

@ cayman-black - Sure is, Madagascar Orange.

Cobalt is sold so I won't be getting that one anyway !

I like the Madagascar and on a V12 I know it'll look amazing, but on the V8 I don't think it's quite brutal enough a machine to carry the colour for some reason.
