Advice needed! Transmission cooling pipe-change

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a handy advice for my 07 Vantage V8.
After I bought my new love in July, I finally had a chance to have a proper look underneath and carry out some TLC, also see what sort of jobs I will have to schedule - with my trusted mechanic friend - to bring the car up to my standards.
The reason I'm saying this is because it seems like the certain AM dealership just didn't have any standards. Seems like the underfloor tray on the back of the car had never been off (took us 2 hours to remove 10 screws to take it off) that makes me wonder how did they inspect the car for 9 years... Anyway, we managed to get rid of some of the rust building up and treat it with a wax that will hopefully prolong the live of the steel parts.
My big issue however seems to be the transmission/differential piping, as it looks pretty bad. Have any of you changed these before? Is this a job just to get the parts, oil and go for it or do I need an "Aston Specialist" to to the work?
You can find some before/after photo, the rusted pipes and the diagram I've received from an AM dealer.

Mike, is the diagram I have correct? I presume there is a pair of small pipes connects to the big loom? The one goes into the differential? Or is this the full kit I actually need?

So now as I've spoke the Cardiff Stratstone about getting the parts, the parts manager is trying to convince me that it's only surface rust and I shouldn't be worried... On top of that, they never ordered this part in, means never changed the piping so I couldn't get hold of any useful advice 
Am I just asking for trouble by trying to replace it or should I just wax it and leave it? The thing is I can't see myself selling the car for a good while...
