Nissan Juke Diesel Issue

Dear all, my wife has owned her Juke 1.5 Diesel Tekna spec (from new March 2013) for a 16 months now and has covered over 30k miles. We have both noticed a flat spot around 1850-2000 revs which feels lie a slight stutter or faltering. After 3 visits to Nissan main dealers, plug in diagnostics, search for error codes and the like and a 50 mile drive from a Nissan "master technician", we have been told they cannot replicate this problem. Has anyone else encountered this flat spot, or any advice how to sort this out. Other than this problem, the car has been fantastic but this does somewhat spoil the overall ownership experience. Thanks for the advice. I will source an independent Nissan specialist. Does anyone think its worth a "stiff" letter to Nissan UK customer services dept to provoke a reaction??

First service done as per schedule at Nissan main dealership. I will check the invoice and check exactly what was done....

The faltering or flat spot occurs in all driving modes. 1750 -2000 revs coincides with approx 40 mph in 4th, 50 in 5th and so on but is fine as soon as you accelerate past 2000 revs.
