What needs doing on private import JDM car ?

A late family member asked his wife to send his car to the UK which is going to my uncle.

Its a standard Nismo R32 Skyline!
Leaving Hong Kong and coming to UK

What needs doing when it comes over?
Paper work, making sure it's fully fit for UK roads ie underseal etc.?

Any good Skyline Indy's in or near Somerset?

I want to make sure it's looked after and treasured properly, from a sentimental point of view; as I'm sure it won't be used much.
