525D F10 3.0 Good Buy?

Hello All,
I am seriously considering buying the aforementioned car and was wondering if I am doing the right thing?
I currently drive an A5 3.0tdi but need to change due to new company car rules with new job.
I have found a suitable 2011 F10 and am just awaiting the dealers finance quote vs bank loan.
However have now seen a couple of posts suggesting that the 201bhp 525D may not be such a good
long term buy vs a 182bhp 520D, plan is to keep it approx 4 years.

Would be interested in what other owners think.

Dealer did say they are a rare model - is this the reason why?

Any other feedback on things to look out for would be gratefully received.
(Not seen it in the metal or driven one)

520d - Preference is for another 3ltr and didn't want to drop from 240bhp to 182bhp
Shallow I know

530d - Didn't spot one at right price with spec & miles

Car I am looking at is M-Sport auto with a couple of extras and under 30k on clock.

Would love a 530d or 535d - M-Sport of course!

On the pre 2012 model year they are a 204bhp 3 litre 6 cylinder after which they changed
to the 4 pot
