Brembo vs Pagid brake discs and pads?

So time has come for me to replace my brake discs and pads on the e46 328ci. Are the Brembo discs and pads (from GSF) that much better then the Pagid ones (from Euro) at half the price?

Its not a track day car and is used for commuting. However I still enjoy my braking ability.

Thanks for the feedback. I have fitted Pagid to many of my cars in the past and to be honest have never had any real issues. However I do appreciate quality if its affordable, which the Brembo items seem to be.

However there hasn't been a conclusive opinion here. Hmmnn

I'll have a coffee and think about it. Need to get the parts tomorrow as the car is booked in for this work.

Ok I can't argue with a 45% saving on buying Pagid over Brembo.

After all this is just a tidy work hack.
