Seized tie rod x5 e70 stops toe angle adjustment

Went to get a wheel alignment today as tyre is wearing quick on one edge and the car pulls to the left

Went for a hunter option

But the front tie rods adjustment has seized, even with heat had no movement!
Going to have to replace them!

Anyone else had this issue?

Decided to get them replaced as not overly expensive
About £100 all in I hope
