F31rattles from around front doors driving me crazy

Anyone else have this problem. I am at 4k miles now and it has got steadily worse.

Is there a fix, it's driving me nuts....

Many thanks for all the replies. Just to confirm, is it the door seals or the window seals making the noise? I have checked and if you wind down the window a bit the noise stops.
