Previous shape 645Ci or 650i reliability

Hi

I am thinking about a previous shape 645Ci or 650i convertible, but am concerned about reliability. I hear they suffer from oil leaks & also auto gearbox issues around 70000 miles due to the plastic sump leaking out the oil.

Any informed opinion about these issues & any others would be most appreciated
