Opinions on this E90 318 M Sport

I'm looking to trade my Skoda in for a more economical diesel, as I'm doing a few more miles now.
I've been to look at this one near me and was after opinions on it.

I wasn't sure what to make of the sales guy, he wouldn't let me test drive it and wanted to talk about figures first. I've never bought a car that way before, always test drive first, as it may drive like a bag of bolts!
On the face of it, the car looked good, decent condition, but despite having the phone button, there was no Bluetooth for the phone.
He sent me away and said to look at the others on my list first, then he'd call me. Sadly the other 2 cars had sold by the time I left.
