One of the many things wrong with our E46 is the oil level sensor.
Are the eBay pattern ones any good? Or is it going to die within a few hundred miles causing me to have to drop the oil again?

It's also due a service - I think it's the Insp 2. However, it's on 137k and 14 years old, and I'm poor, so DIY seems like a good plan.

So, from looking around it seems like it's:
- Check everything hasn't fallen apart
- Brake Fluid
- Coolant
- Oil+Filter
- Sparks

What else is worth looking at? Most bushes and drop links are done (including front lower arms) and the autobox fluid has been changed.

Should I probably do all the cooling gumph? Header tank (eBay pattern any good?) and rad/pump?

Ta smile
