BMW 335i Questions

Thought I'd post again as you lads have been pretty helpful so far!
So I'm weighing up my options here and just wondering what or if I should be concerned about regarding a slightly higher milege 335? I'm eyeing a 74k model that's got mostly a BMW service history but are there any estimated, "this will need changing at x miles" type scenarios? Should I be worried about buying a car with high ish mileage? I could always buy a lower mileage one for increased cost so there's that option.
Second question regarding remaps. Someone mentioned a JB4, but is this a wise idea vs getting some sort of rolling road tune? Is it likely to cause me problems in the future?
