Anyone bought or sold a E53 x5 (v8) recently??

This may seem a strange topic, but I am looking to get a reasonably low mileage, but well maintained e53, v8 x5. Looking on various websites the prices seem to vary. Thought I would ask if anyone has a recent purchase or sales story they might want to share. I missed out on a 2004, 4.4, with 63k for £5k a few months back.

That sounds perfect, The Is in Black looks mean. Ideally i would want a facelift car, but there is a 4.6is for sale locally with 80k on clock, in Silver. Up for less than 5k. I do need to sell my current car first, but so far I do not seem to have missed out on too many cars up for sale. I fancy a 4x4 as I just don't agree with estates, and I cannot afford an RS6 just yet.

Have you noticed any issues with you car so far? Does it have air suspension?

Am I right in saying the 4.8 all came with adjustable air sus? But it was an option on the 4.6? I think a nice clean 4.4 facelift would do me.
