Just bought a 2005 BMW 330D :-) need some advice

Hi all! Just bought a 2005 330d and I love it. I do have 2 questions for you wonderful people, and please do excuse my clear ignorance

1 - it needs a service, do i have to go tio a specific dealer to have the service thing on the computer reset? If i do an oil and filter change it wont register I assume? if sop, I am in Gloucester if anyone can recommend a good mechanic/garage

2 - it needs 2 new front tyres, rears are ok - I think tracking needs doing. Do any of you have any decent recommendations (price is an issue at mo car has skinted me!) and would you suggest i change all 4 at same time?

Blimey! Running bridge stones right now, not run flats. Rears look ok, so might just change front. Wear is uneven so I think getting alignment/balancing done is a good idea too
