5 Series touring - 520d - 13 plate - Thoughts?

Looking at changing. Have always liked the F11, thinking 13/63 reg (may go to 12 plate), MSport spec.

Some Q's

MPG is important, my days of driving fast are past, and when on a Mway tend to set cruise at 60-70, my right foot isn't heavy, so what is the realistic MPG?

Also any options must haves?

Also looking at E Class, and possibly Jag XF SB
