E91 335d DTC fault

[Discopotatoes]

My DTC warning light has just illuminated and the button now does nothing, I also have a yellow had brake light at the same time. Any thought where to start looking.

That's what I'm thinking as after trying cruise that doesn't work either

Well I was drinking into work this morning and the lights went out and everything is working again. Weird
