New X1 - any deals around?

My OH has decided that, having test driven one, she fancies an X1.

Due to her lack of mileage each year a petrol engined M sport or X line would be preferable.

Can anyone recommend any dealers who might be willing to do a reasonable deal on a new or even a low mileage pre-reg one?

We're near Reading but would travel a sensible distance if needed. Car would be outright purchase not PCP etc. as we keep cars for several years.

Unfortunately BMW won't let their dealers use Carwow.

Have found Coast2Coast; no idea if they're a decent outfit but they appear to be able to get discounted prices. Hopefully not from a dealer in, say, Aberdeen!

Afternoon all; thanks for the help. Got a couple of decent quotes from C2C and Broadspeed. Just got back from placing an order with the local dealer who matched the lowest without a problem.

Thanks for the info. No run flats on ours; had them on my last two 3 series and vowed never again. Added the space saver and jack as one of the options.

Glad you're enjoying yours, we haven't had a build/delivery date yet but Cooper's think it'll be here end of September or early October.

Fair enough on the wheels; being different is what makes us all interesting. MY OH's view was that they remind her of all the badly modified Novas and Astras round Luton when her dad worked for GM/Vauhall - think she was having a flashback to the TSW Venom!

A small update; Coopers tell me the body is currently going through the paintshop in Leipzig.

Might actually get the car early/mid September.

Yup, she doesn't do enough miles to warrant a diesel; went with the M-Sport in Mineral Grey with Oyster leather.

Test drove one in Estoril Blue but it looked wrong somehow - too big a vehicle for that colour to our eyes, if that makes sense?
