advertised extras not on car

A bit of advice please . I purchased a 3 month old BMW from a bmw dealer a couple of weeks ago . I have just found out that 2 of the extras shown in the advert /auc site are not actually on the car . The dealer has been made aware and I am waiting for feedback but where do I stand ? I purchased the car without viewing.
The missing option I'm concerned about is the Icon headlights

No desire to return the car . If the headlights can be retrofitted that would be great . Otherwise I would be looking for a sensible refund ??
