Turbo change - how to turn over without firing?

I need to change the turbo on my E61 530d. How do I turn the engine over without it firing so I can prime the new turbo with oil?

I don't want to play 'guess the plug' in terms of what to disconnect.

I picked up a gasket set which appears to come with a syringe full of oil (only a pic, no real text description), so may use that as well.
