Options list - "performance tyres"

I've been having a look through the options list for the 440i and 340i and have noticed one of the wheel options comes with "performance tyres and BMW mobility system".

Nice to have a factory fit option to ditch run flats, but does anyone know what they mean by performance tyre? Normal top-end summer tyres, or something more focused like the Michelin PSS?

Live chat don't know and are getting back to me, but thought I'd see if the collective PH wisdom can beat them to the answer

Thanks, I'm aware that if you ditch the run flats you need the tyre goop and that's what the mobility system is, my question's about the tyres.

Heh, not quite, it's a bottle of goop and a compressor. Must cost all of £15 or £20
