Firstly, Mike600f - please feel free to post pretty lady in leathers - for the other guys on here of course..
(that goes for anyone else who feels the need for a pervy pic.. of girls, not your own ball-bags please)
I've was in Ledenon, South of France last weekend - MENTAL track, got some footage (too much!) to look through and cut an edit together.. its basically 120mph blind crests in 38 degree heat.. I'm lucky to be alive!
As for lane discipline etc and swift progress in town. I agree, I'm afraid i have become a victim of complacency. 100 miles a day, 50 of which inside the M25 tend to make one a rather short tempered and hasty rider. BUT, the wide angle on the camera does make it look faster/closer than it is in reality.
Im sure i will get a thump one day, but then hopefully its just the metal that gets damaged and like you say - hopefully it will be captured on the social, silver screen that is the internet for all to waste their lunch breaks viewing
I'm off to New York on Wednesday and trying to get hold of a bike out there to do an NY City vlog! Should be quite entertaining/terrifying. Will be there for a while so don't know i'f i'll be able to bang one out before i go (ohh err...).
Thanks for your support, PH is by far the best reception i get on forums - I guess its the educated members that 'get' the humour rather than just slag it off!
Cheers

Nigel,
Im sorry you find my riding so bad - but I'm afraid when you ride/drive in a busy city like London everyday - everybody has the same mental attitude of making progress. And I NEVER double white line overtake or indeed go the wrong side of traffic islands which almost everyone else does.
Thanks for the well wishes people, and I need to man the f*ck up as soon as possible - the problem is my left leg is in a knee immobiliser - which means its constantly straight and ...erect... So straddling any kind of machine is near impossible. Although i was just goggling "fastest mobility scooter"...
I can't go into details of what happened at this stage as there is a bit of legal wrangling going on right now. But as soon as its cleared up i'll spill the beans.. unless of course I'm hushed with money
So for now its off down Waitorse with a helmet cam in a scooter.
cheerio

If anyone actually guesses what happened, i'll send them a signed double decker - you'll NEVER guess.....
You dropped your bike because you gawped at an incredibly hot yank chick?BaronVonGrumble said:
All very amusing suggestions but no - im sure your getting bored of guessing so... dont feel you have to..
I will say though that randomly i did visit a Rollacoaster park about 8 hrs before it happened so thats the closest guess so far.
MEDICAL UPDATE: 1x Snapped ligament and 1x ruptured ligament to add to the fracture. I know look like a young Forrest Gump in braces..
On the plus side i have put a deposit on a new bike

Eeeeeeeerm. Yes. I will a bit. . .
Well, maybe moreso the rudeboys that ride them.
Saw one this week with a stupidly big exhaust and monster aftermarket front brakes. That's right boys and girls; brakeS. How does he/she possibly have use for all that braking capacity with ped tyres and a top speed of 30, downhill, with the wind behind them!?
Better to save them money for a propper bike and a propper test. Or propper gear; no doubt he/she rides t-shirt and tracky-Bs, probably in a £30 helmet too.
Rant over.
And all that said, a ped is better than no bike/car at all.

And having the ability to make a twin disk conversion to anything - even a ped - would be beyond most superbike riders. Hopefully they'll stick with it and go on to modify bigger bikes in the future. When I was 16 my ped was my absolute pride and joy - sounds like his is too! When you're 16 you don't want to wait (and save) for donkeys years to pass tests and all that, you want fun there and then!

Thank you Jammy for clearly stating the sarcasm in your post - i was about to retort with fury
it was a very strange experience and actually felt quite vulnerable!
^no it wasnt Oli333.. i invited him as i wanted to race his cbr round the carpark but he was otherwise engaged.. YouPorn probably..
i have an update with the knee specialist on wednesday so hopefully i'll get the all clear on the leg. BUT bending it to the degree needed for the giver is very painful - hopefully with a bit of physio it should get flexible soon. i can handle the riding, its just when i need to put my leg down i don't want it to snap off!
Ask the Giver to go easy on you for a few weeks then. it was a very strange experience and actually felt quite vulnerable!
